Yesterday was another session for Yoga.. The yoga teacher Mrs Anne, introduced us to art of breath... It's quite difficult eh! Normally we are taught to hold our stomach in while breathing in yet this is opposite. And in addition, when we breath in and breath out we also have to perform a movement to indicate whether we are breathing in or out... Plus, we have to count our breath! Omg!
Today is my first weekend after quitting job... Haha... I feel so relaxed, not being chased by time..
