Baiklah, karena sdg mendiskusikan masalah fiskal yg sangat berarti bagi masyarakat Indonesia, terutama anak2 Batam yang kuliah di sg (siapa c yg lg diskusi ama saya?), sy sebagai anak yang cinta tanah air bangsa akan menggunakan bhs Indonesia utk blog kali ini.

Kabar burung tentang fiskal makin marak aja dibincangkan anak2 indo, terutama anak batam yg suka banget jalan2 ke sg. Denger2 sih Batam bakal dikenakan fiskal sebesar gocap ban buat orang yg mo ke sg. Benarkah? Mari baca kutipan berita online dari BatamPos berikut ini.

TANJUNGPINANG (BP) — Santernya isu yang mengatakan terhitung tanggal 1 Januari 2009 warga Kepri yang tidak memiliki NPWP akan dikenakan pajak fiskal dibantah anggota komisi III DPRD Kepri Rudy Chua. ”Isu tersebut tidak benar,” katanya Jumat (21/11).

Dijelaskan Rudy, DPRD Kepri sendiri belum mendapatkan laporan dari pusat tentang adanya wacana itu. Di samping itu, pihaknya juga telah menelusuri dengan berbagai pihak, baik itu imigrasi maupun kantor pajak. Wacana pajak luar negeri itu juga belum ada.

Menurut Rudy, jika hal tersebut benar akan diterapkan, maka hal itu merupakan suatu langkah mundur bagi pertumbuhan FTZ di Batam, Bintan dan Karimun. Dan juga tidak sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang memiliki wacana tahun 2011 mendatang, viskal luar negeri di Indonesia tidak diberlakukan lagi.

Namun dia menegaskan, tidaklah mungkin pemerintah memberlakukan suatu aturan tanpa adanya koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait. ”Pastinya ada sosialisasi sebelum peraturan diterapkan,” tambahnya.

Persepsi yang selama ini ada, mungkin karena adanya kesalahpahaman masyarakat tentang Undang-undang No 36 tahun 2008 mengenai pajak penghasilan. Dimana dalam pasal 25 ayat 8 tertulis WNI yang memiliki NPWP dibebaskan membayar fiskal luar negeri. Pasal inilah yang memungkinkan masyarakat memiliki persepsi, bagi masyarakat yang tidak memiliki NPWP dikenakan pajak.

Demikian juga informasi yang diperoleh Batam Pos dari Kantor Wilayah Imigrasi Tanjungpinang. Pihak Imigrasi Tanjungpinang menyatakan wacana tersebut hanyalah isu semata. Sementara sampai saat ini, pihaknya belum mendapatkan wacana dari Dirjen Pajak.

Jd, smoga untuk sementara boleh agak lega dl... walo inflasi indo smakin membludak...

Yeah... So since last birthday, I have been so busy handling school stuff... It's very boring and stressful..Using express system as what applied in high school, I finished my reports at last...

My health has been not so good for these few days... I have had no appetite to eat, and suddenly I feel I miss my mum's cooking. Just let it be a simple cooking, but I really miss it... The great thing is next two weeks I can go home..

Today my mood is also not very nice.. My group only has 5 mark out of 10 for the punctuality, bcoz of one of my group member has been late for 1.5 hours. The teacher asked him to have a make up practical, but he insisted to have it today. And actually he was doing nothing today.. Teacher also felt angry for him bcoz of his attitude on the experiment. I was terribly angry... It is not really about the point, but our effort as whole group was ruined by a single member but he didn't even show any feeling of guilty... He can slack for anything he wants to, but can he think for others whom he may implicate with?

Grrr...
Yeah...
Hopefully I can post something happy in my next blog.

Woah... Time really fliess.... Just one more hour my birthday will be over... Huhu... Today my bf and I spent a lot of time on travelling by bus or mrt.. Well, today we went to bugis bcoz he wanted to buy what his family asked him to buy.. So since no more desired destination (all the plans were cancelled, but the most important thing is enjoying being together rite), we wandered around there. Firstly, we went to buy Famous Amos' cookies, then we bought a new artist's album.. After having lunch, we went to Watson to pick up my present... Haha...Actually, I have decided since few days ago so it cannot be considered as picking up...

Ah ya, today I sent the photo of us in Snow City from my bf's handphone to mine... SO now I am showing to u the hottest in the coolest,but it's not as hot as the dessert, but it's definitely spicer than KFC's chili sauce... Ladies and gentleman, I am presenting Snow Eskimos Couple...JRENG JRENG

Hiyaaaaa.... It has been a long time I haven written any new post.. In these past few days I was rushed by endless projects and reports... It was really hard to concentrate myself finishing all these after the tiring long hours session of learning. Moreover, my weekend was filled up with working and working...

Yeah, despite a bunch of reports waiting for me to finish (so I haven't finished it yet although I was rushed!!!), hey, my nineteenth birthday is coming... Yeah... 1 more hour and 7 minutess precisely, at the time I type this.

Even though this big day (okay lah, at least it is big day for me) officially counted as 1 night more to come, I have received three pra-birthday presents.

First one is from my mistress, Wong Lan Li... Haha... She gave me a very unique necklace and it is wrapped inside her own made little present bag. And also she added on some memo, consisting of her birthday greeting for me as well as love expression..lol..She really put a lot of effort, it can be seen by highlighting the memos become colourful, and also put a lot of Malay words huahhaha... Thanks for your sincerity.. Muaaaccchhh!!! Hahah...

Okay, let's talk about the second present.. It is a small celebration from my classmates. So Bao Ren did rush and buy the fruit egg tart as the sudden celebration's cake and made a surprise for me.. The class also cooperated well, with singing together, and the buddy class also did not dump my face (diu lian, lol).. Well, it's kinda weird and phaise for me, because u noe, how our class' relationship with buddy class...

And the last but not the least, the present actually comes from my boyfriend! I appreciate a lot that he is coming to Singapore, despite he actually is rushing for completing his target for his career by this mid-December. Yeah, so today he is coming.. And actually I wanted to bring him to Escape, but as lao tian ye was not cooperative, the day was raining in the afternoon, we cancelled the plan and just wandering around Vivo City for a while...

Haha.. I knew he was actually quite bored accompanying me window shopping, so I decided to bring him to another place that both of us can enjoy... So we went to Snow City after I put some of my stuff taken from Batam at home. Travelling time was very consuming. We arrived there near 6.30 pm, which would be the last entrance time for guest. So we quickly paid the admission fees($15/pax) and also rental fee for long pants (because both of us didn't wear it) ($4/pax) and wear the skiing clothing; thick jacket, gloves,and shoes . Another $2 was added for two locker rentals to store our bags and shoes. So we came into the site, where one staff took our photographs for various place in this site. Then, we climbed up to the upper part while bringing the buoy. When we reached this part, we sit on the buoy and the staff there pushed us down. We slides greatly and I was so scared when my back turned 180 degree and my face faced the top of the city. I was afraid that my head would knock down to the slippery ice surfaces.

For this one hour playing time, it was actually nothing but feeling cold. Yes, the cold creeps into my body when I was climbing up to the upper place. I felt very difficult to breath and Devin said my face was very red.. Woah.. I was thinking, what if I go honeymoon to the European or any other place with the winter season is at that moment?
